Jharkhand: 748 lost mobile phones recovered, returned to owners

RANCHI: (Jul 25) A total of 748 mobile phones, which were either lost or stolen, had been recovered and returned to their owners in three districts of Jharkhand on Saturday, officials said.

A total of 505 devices were returned to their rightful owners in Dhanbad, 139 in Hazaribag and 104 in Palamu district, they said.

SP (Dhanbad- City) Ritvik Shrivastav told PTI that devices were recovered under ‘Operation Amanat’ over the last three months.
