At Sardar Patel’s Hometown, Mapusa MLA Recalls Iron Man’s Role in Nation’s Unity
Mapusa : Mapusa MLA visited Karamsad, Gujarat — the hometown of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel — and paid tribute at the residence of the Iron Man of India, reflecting on his role in the unity and integration of the nation. At Karamsad, the MLA offered floral tributes at Patel’s residence, recalling his “unparalleled contribution” to nation-building after Independence. The visit, the MLA said, served as a reminder of Sardar Patel’s vision of a united India and the values of leadership and integrity that shaped modern India.
The MLA also paid respects to Vithalbhai Patel, elder brother of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, at Karamsad.
