Calangute, May 30: Large parts of Calangute experienced unscheduled power load shedding on saturday leaving residents and business owners grappling with outages through morning the afternoon The power cuts began around 9:30 AM and continued intermittently for several hours, according to local residents. With peak tourist season underway, guesthouses, hotels, restaurants, and shops along the beach belt reported disruptions to daily operations.“
