*GOAN ARTIST’S 12-FT RANGOLI ECHOES PM’S CALL TO OVERCOME GLOBAL CRISIS*
*Mapusa:* Marking his “true efforts” for the nation, an artist created a 12-foot-long rangoli on Sunday to highlight Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s appeal to citizens to help overcome global challenges.
The artwork, completed after four hours of dedication, spread across 10 blocks and carried messages urging the public to contribute to the nation during the current global crisis. Each block depicted ways in which citizens can play their part, blending art with awareness.
“Through rangoli, I wanted to take the Prime Minister’s message to the people in a form they connect with. If every citizen does their bit, we can overcome any crisis,” said the artist
The rangoli drew attention from locals who stopped to read the messages and appreciate the detail. The artist said the effort was his personal initiative to spread positivity and responsibility through traditional art.
