GOA SCIENCE CENTRE MARKS MUSEUM DAY WITH CALL TO ‘UNITE A DIVIDED WORLD’
Panaji: The Goa Science Centre & Planetarium, National Council of Science Museums, Ministry of Culture, Government of India, in collaboration with the Directorate of Museums, Government of Goa celebrated International Museum Day 2026 on the theme, “Museums Uniting a Divided World,” at the Goa Science Centre, Miramar, Panaji.

The programme aims to highlight the role of museums in preserving heritage, promoting learning, and encouraging cultural dialogue.
The exhibition on “My Own Collection,” featuring collections by hobby collectors, numismatists, and philatelists from Goa was inaugurated. The exhibition will remain open to the public from May 16 to 18, between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
