CM SAWANT LAUNCHES WOMEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP PLATFORM IN GOA; 6-MONTH ROADMAP UNVEILED
Panaji: Chief Minister, Dr Pramod sawant launched the State Chapter of the Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP) at Zuari Hall, Lok Bhavan, Dona Paula. The initiative is organized by the Goa State Rural Livelihood Mission (GSRLM), Department of Rural Development, Government of Goa in association with NITI Aayog.
As part of the launch programme, CM unveiled the WEP Goa Chapter and release of a six-month action roadmap. The event was attended by Secretary( Rural Development),Arjun Mohan, IAS, Mission Director, Women Entrepreneurship Platform and Programme Director, NITI Aayog, Anna Roy, Director, Rural Development, Premraj Shirodkar, Project Director, DRDA (South Goa), Deepali Naik,senior Government officials, representatives of self-help groups, startups, industry bodies, women entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders.
