North Goa Pushes for Model Solar Villages as PM Surya Ghar Rooftop Scheme Gains Steam

The 3rd Meeting of the North Goa District Coordination Committee (DLCC) was held under the Chairmanship of the Collector (North Goa), Shri Ankit Yadav, IAS. The meeting was attended by the Chief Electrical Engineer, Superintending Engineer, MS GEDA, Lead District Manager, GCCI representative and other members of the DLCC along with officials from Electricity Department and GEDA. The meeting focused on reviewing the progress of the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana in the State, identifying measures to enhance rooftop solar installations across Goa, and discussing the effective implementation of Model Solar Village component under the scheme.
