Calangute : St Savio’s Sports SC Calangute, produced a fluent 3-1 win over Clube Sao Miguel de Taleigao in the Goa Football Association Division I League clash at Poriat ground, Calangute, on Saturday.
The victory took St Savio’s SC to 19 points from seven matches, while Clube Sao Miguel de Taleigao remain on six points from five games. Mervin D’Souza starred for the winners with a brace, scoring once in each half, before Tanya Kerkar added the third to seal the result. Ayush Mardolkar pulled one back for CSM Taleigao in the 60th minute.
