GOA PLAYER SELECTED FOR U-19 HIGH-PERFORMANCE CAMP
PANAJI: In a proud moment for Goan cricket, the Goa Cricket Association (GCA) has announced that promising young cricketer Chigurupati Venkata has been selected for the prestigious U-19 Boys High-Performance Camp.
The camp is scheduled to be held from May 11 to June 9, 2026, at the BCCI Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru. It will bring together some of the most talented young cricketers from across the country, offering them an opportunity to train under top coaches and further hone their skills at an elite level.
This selection marks a significant milestone in Venkata’s cricketing journey and is expected to play a key role in his development and future prospects in the sport.
GCA President Mahesh Dessai, Secretary Tulshidas Shetye, along with members of the Managing Committee, congratulated Venkata on his achievement and wished him success at the camp and in his future endeavors.
