Goa, Bengal, Chandigarh, Uttarakhand win
RANCHI: (Apr 2) Goa, Bengal, Chandigarh and Uttarakhand won their respective matches on the second day of the Sub Junior Women’s National Hockey Championship here on Thursday. Goa beat Telangana 6-3 in a Division C Pool A match, Bengal defeated Dadra and Nagar Haveli & Daman and Diu 1-0 in Division B Pool A game, while Chandigarh crushed Gujarat 12-1 in a Division B Pool B match.
Uttarakhand got the better of Karnataka 6-1 in another Division B Pool B match.
