caancona: Tribal Welfare Minister, Dr. Ramesh Tawadkar praised the Directorate of Tribal Welfare for wining SKOCH Award for effective implementation of Goa’s Matrutva Yojana, helping ST couples with infertility treatment. Over 350 couples have benefited, with 60 women delivered 72 babies, including triplets and 10 sets of twins.
