Ponda: In connection with the upcoming by-election to 21–Ponda Assembly Constituency, the BLOs have successfully completed the distribution of Form 12-D to all eligible absentee voters, namely AVSC (85+ senior citizens) and AVPD (persons with disabilities duly tagged).

These voters will now be able to exercise their franchise through postal ballot (home voting). Polling teams will visit their residences to facilitate voting, thereby ensuring greater accessibility and inclusiveness in the electoral process.
