Restrictive orders continue in southern Nepal district

KATHMANDU: (Mar 22) Restrictive orders were re-imposed on Sunday in southern Nepal’s Kapilvastu district that had witnessed a clash between two communities turn violent.

As the situation remained tense, the District Administration Office, Kapilvastu re-imposed the restrictive orders in parts of Maharajgunj Municipality in the district.

According to Janardan Gautam, Chief District Officer of Kapilvastu, the step was taken as per the decision of the district security committee.
