“Road Safety Revved Up: Goa Govt. Pushes for Safer Hazardous Goods Transport”
The Inspectorate of Factories and Boilers, Government of Goa, organised a one-day Refresher Course on “Safe Transportation of Hazardous Goods by Road” for tanker drivers. The programme was conducted with the objective of enhancing awareness and promoting safe practices in the transportation of hazardous materials.
The training session was conducted by expert faculty Shri Suresh Sabnis, Shri Joseph Vales and officials from the Regional Transport Office (RTO). Various important topics such as fundamental principles of safe transportation, first aid, essentials of defensive driving techniques, and assessment of driving knowledge and performance were covered during the programme
