Dona Paula: Chief Minister, Dr. Pramod Sawant inaugurated the World Ocean Science Congress (WOSC–2026) at the National Institute of Oceanography, Dona Paula.
CM digitally released the Book of Abstracts, inaugurated the exhibition, and attended the poster presentations with dignitaries and senior officials.
Director CSIR-NIO, Prof. Sunil Kumar Singh, Vice Chancellor, Goa University, Prof. Harilal Menon, & other dignitaries were also present.
