Porvorim, Feb 22: Deputy speaker Joshua D’souza graced the Student’s Parliament Prize Distribution Ceremony at the prestigious PAC, Goa Legislative Assembly, applauding the young minds for their stellar performance. The event showcased the vibrant energy of Goa’s students, with Sai Nursing Institute taking the top spot, followed closely by Shri Gopal Gaonkar Memorial Goa Multi-Faculty College, and Goa University securing third place.
