“Shiv Jayanti: Minister Sudin Dhavalikar Pays Tribute to Shivaji Maharaj”
Ponda: Power Minister Shri. Ramkrishna alias Sudin Dhavalikar garlanded the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj at Farmagudi Fort premises on the occasion of Shiv Jayanti celebrations organised by the Department of Information and Publicity. The event was attended by Art and Culture Minister Govind Gaude, Ponda MLA Ravi Naik, Zilla Parishad member Chitra Fadte, Deputy Speaker Saloni Gaude, and other dignitaries.
The celebrations included a lecture on Shivaji Maharaj’s life, school performances, and a grand rally from Farmagudi to Curti and Ponda town. Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant hailed Shivaji Maharaj as the “founder of Swarajya” and urged youth to follow his ideals.
