Panaji, Feb 14: Mayor Rohit Monserrate has clarified that he did not directly inform AAP President Valmiki Naik about the cancellation of a meeting, contrary to earlier reports. Monserrate stated that he had informed two members of a delegation that had previously met him about the cancellation ¹.
