Mapusa, Goa – Mahaj Vinayak Porob and Nishant Malgi brought glory to the local sporting community by winning gold medals at the Ashihara International Karate Tournament held on February 8, 2026, at the Manohar Parrikar Indoor Stadium, Navelim, Margao. The tournament saw participation from over 350 students, including contestants from Sri Lanka, making it a truly international event.
