Empowering Rural Goa: CM Pramod Sawant Distributes Certificates to Zilla Panchayat Members
Panaji: Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant attended and addressed at the two-day Foundation Training Programme for Zilla Panchayat members organised by the Goa Institute of Public Administration & Rural Development (GIPARD) in association with the Directorate of Panchayats at Panaji.
Chief Minister distributed certificates to participating Zilla Panchayat members in recognition of their successful completion of the foundation training.The programme was attended by Minister for Social Welfare, Shri Subhash Phal Dessai , MLA Shri Michael Lobo, senior officials from GIPARD and the Directorate of Panchayats, resource persons, and Zilla Panchayat members from across the state.
