IICDEM 2026: India Takes Center Stage in Global Electoral Dialogue.
New Delhi: Election Management Bodies (EMB) delegates from Namibia, Ms. Elsie Nghikembu, Chairperson and Mr. Pius Likwanbi, Commissioner were welcomed at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi by Shri Sunil P. Masurkar, IAS Additional Chief Electoral Officer, Goa, and Dr. Rahul Tripathi, Professor, Department of Political Science, Goa University.
The delegates will be participating in the 3 days India International Conference on Democracy and Election Management (IICDEM -2026) being organized by India International Institute of Democracy and Election Management (IIIDEM) from 21st January to 23 January 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi
