“Goa CM Closes Bulbul Fest with a Bang”
Margao:Chief Minister, Dr. Pramod Sawantattended the closing ceremony of 3rd edition of the Bulbul Children’s International Film Festival (BCIFF) – 2026, organized by Department of Information and Publicity, Government of Goa at Ravindra Bhavan, Margao – Goa.
Minister for PWD, Captain of Ports and Legal Metrology, and Vice Chairman of BCIFF, Shri Digambar Kamat , MLA, Shri. Ulhas Tuenkar, Director of DIP, Shri. Dipak Bandekar, Assistant Information Officer DIP, Shri. Shanto Naik, Information Assistant Shri Siddhesh Samant, along with Festival Directors Shri Bipin Khedekar and Shri Siddhesh Naik were also present.
