Western Zonal Council’s 15th Standing Committee Meeting Convenes in Panaji
Dr. V. Candavelou, IAS, Chief Secretary of Goa and Chairman of the Standing Committee of Western Zonal Council, chaired the 15th meeting of the committee at Panaji. The meeting brought together Secretaries to the Government of Goa and other representatives to discuss key regional issues ¹ ².
