16 Kerala Students Admitted to Hospital for Alleged Food Poisoning After Eating at Baga-Calangute Eatery

Baga, Goa – A vacation turned nightmarish for 16 Kerala college students who fell sick after eating idli-sambar at a popular Baga Beach restaurant. The group of 50 students had arrived in Goa for a fun getaway, but things took a nasty turn as the students started vomiting, reportedly due to food poisoning.

The affected students were immediately shifted to North Goa District Hospital for treatment. “We were having a blast, didn’t expect this to happen,” said a distressed student.

The restaurant has been roped in for investigation. More details awaited.
