“Candelaria to St. Baptist Church Road, Pilerne, Gets a Much-Awaited Makeover”

The Ongoing field road works from Candelaria Chapel to St. Baptist Church to Moicawaddo, Pilerne were inspected and reviewed by Hon’ble MLA & Chairman – GTDC Shri Kedar Naik, to ensure better connectivity and timely completion for the benefit of residents.

The inspection was carried out in the presence of Smt. Reshma Bandodkar (North Goa ZP President), Shri Ajay R Govekar (Dy.Sarpanch, VP Pilerne), Shri Santosh Bandodkar (Panch), Shri Karan Govekar (VDC Convenor), Shri Keshav Phadte (Secretary, VP Pilerne), along with officials Smt. Carminho Mascarenhas (AE) and Shri Ravi Chavan (Technical Assistant).
This road is especially important for devotees during the procession at St. Baptist Church and has been a long pending demand repeatedly raised by locals in the Gram Sabha.
