Goa to Host 3rd Edition of Bulbul Children’s International Film Festival: A Celebration of Young Dreams”
Minister for PWD, and Vice Chairman of BCIFF, Shri Digambar Kamat briefed Media regarding the 3rd edition of the Bulbul Children’s International Film Festival (BCIFF) – 2026, scheduled to be held from 13th to 17th January 2026 at Ravindra Bhavan, Margao – Goa.
It was announced that BCIFF 2026 will feature participation from over 38 countries, showcasing 73+ international and Indian films, including live-action and animated cinema.
Also present on the dais were Shri Dipak Bandekar, Director, Department of Information and Publicity; Smt. Sindhu Prabhu Desai, Deputy Director of Education; Information Assistant, Shri Siddhesh Samant along with the Festival Directors of BCIFF, Shri Bipin Khedekar and Shri Siddhesh Naik, who shared detailed insights into the festival’s vision, growth and programming.
