On 05.01.2026 at 20.15 hours upon the complaint of Shri. Kedar A. Naik, Director of Tourism, Government of Goa, Calangute registered Calangute Police Station Crime No. 05/2025 U/s 74, 75, 79 of BNS Act 2023 to the effect that on intervening night of 31/12/2025 TNK at Baga Beach, Calangute, Bardez, Goa, unknown accused person was harassing woman tourist at the Baga beach by making Gesture thereby outraging the modesty of the woman seen in the video.
During the course of investigation, through technical surveillance accused person was traced and identified as Sunil S/o Babu Pawar, Age- 29 yrs., R/o Indian Oil, Chedanagar Zopadpatti, Mankur Link Road, Chembur, Maharashtra. N/o Waipana, Hadgaon, Nanded, Maharashtra-431713 who was brought at Police Station for investigation.
