Poinguinim: Minister for Art and Culture, Ramesh Tawadkar along with several elected representatives and dignitaries from the region attended the Women Empowerment Program held at Adarshgram Amone, Poinguinim, under the Atmanirbhar Bharat and Swayampurna Goa initiative, organized by the Directorate of Planning, Statistics and Evaluation.
