Annual Fish Festival commences in Panaji, Delighting Goan Taste Buds
Panaji, December 13 – The annual Fish Festival got underway on Saturday at Park Prime in the capital city of Panaji and will continue to serve till December 21. The festival ,promises to delight visitors with a wide array of traditional Goan fish delicacies, expertly prepared by Chef Bhagwan Singh and his team. The festival timings are from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm at Tulip Resto Bar, and in the evening from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm at Marigold Resto and Bar.”


The festival features a variety of fish and seafood, including kingfish, pomfret, shark, tuna, sardines, and mackerel, as well as crab, prawns, tiger prawns, lobster, squid, and mussels. Visitors can also enjoy live fish and seafood cooking demonstrations, and sample a range of traditional Goan dishes, including fish curry, fish fry, and seafood rice.
