“Saint Francis Xavier Feast Preparations Get a Safety Boost: Officials Gear Up for Preparations”
Collector North Goa, Shri Ankit Yadav, IAS along with SP North Goa, Shri Harishchandra Madkaikar, SP Traffic, Shri Prabhod Shirvoikar, Director (Fire & Emergency Services), Deputy Collector (Tiswadi), representatives of the Old Goa Panchayat and Church authorities and other officials reviewed the preparations for the St. Francis Xavier’s Feas tto be held on december 3rd .
Directions were given to ensure smooth traffic movement, strict adherence to fire safety norms, an effective crowd-management plan, removal of vendors/hawkers obstructing entry and exit routes for emergency vehicles, and overall compliance with safety protocols.
