TIMELINE OF SIR EXERCISE EXTENDED
The Election Commission of India (ECI) has extended the timeline for the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls across 12 states and Union Territories.
On 30/11/2025, the Election Commission of India has issued instructions that the enumeration period has been extended to 11 December 2025, a week beyond the earlier deadline of 4 December 2025.
