Sunny Leone and Sahil Baweja Launch Potions: Cocktail Theatre at Ambawatta One
– Singing Bowls Hospitality, founded by entrepreneur Sahil Baweja and actor-entrepreneur Sunny Leone, has officially launched Potions: Cocktail Theatre, a revolutionary cocktail destination at Ambawatta One in Mehrauli. This innovative venue combines performance, storytelling, and homegrown talent with breathtaking views of the Qutub Minar, redefining Delhi’s nightlife scene.
Potions: Cocktail Theatre is more than just a bar – it’s a platform for India’s exceptional mixology talent to shine. The venue features bartenders as artists, emotions as themes, and cocktails as acts on a sensorial stage. The inaugural theme, “Love & its Aftermath,” takes guests on a dramatic journey through modern romance, with showstopping cocktails like “I’ll Die For You” and “Welcome to Heartbreak.”
“We wanted to bring back drama, nostalgia, and connection to a night out,” said Sunny Leone, co-founder. “Love & Its Aftermath taps into the emotions we all know, the joy, the heartbreak, the chaos, and turns them into experiences.”
The culinary program, led by veteran chefs Chef Rajdev, Chef Kuldeep Rawat, and Chef Arpit Verma, features small plates from Indian Tandoori and European Mediterranean Grills, designed to pair perfectly with Potions’ unique cocktails.
The venue’s striking design contrasts a white fort wall with an all-black volcanic stone cave, overlooking the majestic Qutub Minar. Potions: Cocktail Theatre is now open, inviting guests to experience the ultimate blend of storytelling, emotion, and craftsmanship.
Sahil Baweja is a serial entrepreneur and founder of Singing Bowls Hospitality, operating Chica Loca by Sunny Leone.
