Shetye’s ire was sparked by a Santa Cruz incident where a father-son duo was injured after their bike got entangled with abandoned cables. “I ask cable owners to come forward, check my report, and let’s file a complaint,” he challenged, accusing them of distorting facts and shirking responsibility.
