Panaji, November 22, 2025: Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant emphasized the importance of maritime education and skill development in Goa’s growth story, addressing the Ganpat University Maritime Skill Conclave 2025 at Panaji.
The event, attended by PWD Minister Shri Digambar Kamat, Social Welfare Minister Shri Subhash Phal Dessai, and other dignitaries, aimed to promote maritime skill-building and industry-academia collaboration.
