40 Maloli Claims Bite the Dust: FRA Meeting Yields Mixed Verdict
maloli: The District Collector, North Goa, Shri Ankit Yadav, IAS, chaired the DLC meeting under the FRA, 2006.
A total of 149 claims were placed for decision of which 40 claims of Maloli village were rejected since the claimants requested for withdrawal, 29 claims of Maloli village were rejected as they fall in areas under cultivation by GFDC, 6 claims from Golaulim village were approved, 15 claims of codal village were approved and 1 was sent to forest department for clarification and 58 claims of Derodem village were approved.
