Missoni has launched a new residential project in Dubai, developed in partnership with Octa Development, a leading real estate developer in the region. The project, Octa Isle Interiors by Missoni, features an exclusive collection of two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom apartments at Dubai Islands, Island A.
This launch follows Missoni’s previous project, Trio Isle by Missoni, in Ras Al Khaimah’s Al Marjan Island, and reinforces the brand’s growing presence in the UAE’s luxury real estate market. Octa Isle Interiors by Missoni offers a resort-inspired lifestyle, with amenities including a man-made river, urban beach pool, sports courts, and a Wellness Bay with Turkish bath, sauna, and spa treatment suites.
The apartments boast avant-garde interiors in signature Missoni style, combining vibrant colors, geometric forms, and striking graphic elements. Octa Development, with its team of 120 specialists, has partnered with global brands like Marriott, Elie Saab, and Franck Muller to establish itself as a leading force in the region’s luxury real estate market.
