SIOLIM GETS A BOOST: MLA DELIVERS DEVELOPMENT PROMISES

Siolim, November 14 – In a heartening display of commitment to his constituency, MLA Delilah lobo inaugurated two vital development projects in V.P. Oxel, Siolim, yesterday. The projects, funded through the MLA LAD Fund, are set to transform the lives of residents in the area.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, MLA lobo emphasized the importance of infrastructure development in improving the quality of life for the people of Siolim. “These projects are just the beginning of our efforts to create a more livable and sustainable community,” she said.

The two projects include the reconstruction of a gutter from Tukaram Salgaonkar House to Ashok Dessai House, worth ₹7.35 Lakhs, and the construction of a roadside gutter from Upendra Moye House to Holy Cross Chapel, worth ₹3.36 Lakhs. These initiatives will not only enhance road safety but also ensure better drainage and water flow management in the area.

Sarpanch Reshal Arporkar, Panch Members of VP Oxel, Ex-Panch Member Mangesh, and locals were present at the inauguration ceremony, held near Holy Cross Chapel, Oxel Bhatti. The community expressed their gratitude to MLA D’Costa for delivering on her promises and working tirelessly for the development of Siolim.
