Goa CM Pramod Sawant Boosts Public Safety with DMF Funded Vehicles
Chief Minister, Dr pramod sawant flagged off the newly allotted vehicles provided under the District Mineral Fund (DMF) to the Police Department and other key government departments at Fatorda in the presence of Social Welfare Minister Shri Subhash Phal Dessai, Collector South, Ms.Egna Cleetus, IAS and Govt Officials.
As part of this initiative, 8 vehicles worth ₹1.75 crore were given to the Disaster Management and Police Department for the Dharbandora and Quepem talukas.
These vehicles will enhance disaster response, Police mobility, and overall public safety. CM also handed over scooters to Divyangs under the DMF, reaffirming our commitment to empowerment, inclusion, and accessible mobility for all.
