Goa Police Crack Down on Harassment: 3 Tourists from Karnataka Arrested for Harassing  Foreign Women at Mandrem Beach

In a swift response to a viral video showing a group of men harassing two foreign women at Mandrem Beach, Goa Police have arrested three tourists from Karnataka. The incident, which sparked widespread outrage and raised concerns over tourist safety in Goa, led to the registration of FIR No. 102/2025 at Mandrem Police Station under Sections 126(2) and 74 of the BNS 2023.

The video, which showed the men forcing the women to take photos with them and placing their hands on their shoulders, prompted a massive manhunt led by SP North Rahul Gupta, SDPO Salim Shaikh, and PI Girendra Naik. The police team, including PSI Paresh Kale, PSI Abhishek Chodankar, and PC Yogesh Shinde, worked tirelessly to track down the accused.
