“PANAJI’S PARKING PREDICAMENT: FRIENDLY WHISPERS SETTLE TRIPLE-CAR CRASH DRAMA”
PANAJI: An accident occurred on the road sandwiching Don Bosco High School, Panaji and the Inam Complex on Tuesday afternoon in volving three vehicles.
The vehicle being driven by a lady dashed against a parked vehicle damaging the dicky and slight scratching the paint below Inam Complex and rammed into a posh car parked next to it on the road.
However, owners of the two damaged vehicles were so agitated and not willing to come down to terms and settle the matter amicably.
They decided to call the police. But police remained silent spectator and soon all the three parties who were claiming to get repaired their damages through the vehicle company showrooms came to terms when their friend arrived on the spot and whispered something into their ears.
Mute police spectators saw the whole drame and silently walked away.
Agitating parties realised their mistakes.
The roads in Smart City have become narrow and people park their vehicle in the parking slots but slightly crooked and their either dickey or bumper is posing danger to the vehicle drivers or on many occasions for hurdles to the smooth flow of vehicular during peak hours.
