Panaji, November 10, 2025 – In a significant move towards ensuring responsive governance, Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant today inaugurated the new office premises of the Directorate of Public Grievances, accompanied by the launch of the department’s website. The event marks a major milestone in Goa’s journey towards making public grievance redressal more accessible and efficient.

Speaking on the occasion, CM Sawant emphasized the importance of having a robust grievance redressal mechanism, stating, “This new office and the website are testaments to our government’s commitment to transparency and accountability. We want to ensure that citizens’ voices are heard and their issues addressed promptly.”
The Directorate of Public Grievances is expected to play a pivotal role in fostering trust between the government and the people, by providing a platform for citizens to voice their concerns and seek redressal. The new website is designed to facilitate easy registration and tracking of grievances, making it a significant step towards digital governance.
