Panaji, November 10 – The Campal badminton court was abuzz with excitement as young talents from across the state clashed in the State Badminton Ranking Tournament. The event saw some thrilling matches, with Ayansh Sanke, Amaira Dhumatker, Michael Mare, and Avni Khyalia emerging as the champions in their respective categories.

Ayansh Sanke dominated the Boys U-11 singles final, defeating Anav Kannekar 21-9, 21-12, while Amaira Dhumatker crushed Komal Kothari 21-8, 21-7 in the Girls U-11 singles final. In the Boys U-13 category, Michael Mare came back from a set down to beat Vishwa Parab 14-21, 21-17, 21-7, and Avni Khyalia edged out Amaira 15-21, 27-25, 21-19 in a thrilling Girls U-13 singles final.

The doubles events also saw some exciting matches, with Ayansh Sanke and Anav Kannekar winning the Boys U-11 doubles title, and Samarth Sakhalkar and Vishwa Parab taking the Boys U-13 doubles crown. In the Girls U-13 doubles, Pragya Audi and Komal Kothari emerged victorious.
