CM Dr. Pramod Sawant Distributes Mhaje Ghar Yojana Forms to Priol Constituency Residents”

Priol: In a significant step towards providing ownership rights to thousands of Goans, Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant distributed forms under the Mhaje Ghar Yojana to the people of Priol Constituency. The ceremony was attended by MLA Shri Govind Gaude, Dy. Collector, Mamlatdar, Sarpanch, and Panch members, among others.

The Mhaje Ghar Yojana aims to legalize houses built on government and comunidade land, providing ownership rights to long-standing residents. At least 50% of applicants are expected to benefit from this scheme, which is likely to cover a large section of the population.

During the distribution ceremony, CM Dr. Pramod Sawant emphasized the importance of the scheme, stating that it would help thousands of Goans realize their dream of home ownership. The scheme’s success lies in its ability to benefit people across constituencies, beyond political lines.

The scheme provides ownership rights to residents living on government and comunidade land. Beneficiaries will be required to submit necessary documents to avail the benefits. With the distribution of forms, the scheme is now one step closer to becoming a reality, and residents of Priol constituency are set to benefit from this initiative.
