South Goa Holds Key Meeting to Implement PM Dhan Dhaanya Krishi Yojana”
margao: Additional Collector-II, South, Shri Ramesh Gaonkar chaired District Level Coordination Committee meeting for Prime Minister Dhan Dhaanya Krishi Yojana and formation of District Actions Plan, in the presence of Shri. Rajesh B. Desai Member Secretary/ District Agriculture Officer (South).
The other officials from Fisheries ,Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Zilla Panchayat and Arcs, Agriculture were also present. The committee discussed and finalized the district action plan for implementing PMDDKY, which aims to enhance agricultural productivity, promote crop diversification, and support farmers in the region. The implementation of PMDDKY in South Goa is expected to benefit local farmers by providing them with access to modern farming techniques, improved irrigation facilities, and better market linkages.
